Naughty Professor’s a young band from NOLA you’ll want to be on the lookout for in the near future as they’re bound to blow-up big time. The band’s mission statement reads as follows: “to embody the jazz-influenced party culture of the Big Easy in a constantly evolving, high energy funk/soul outfit”. Their particular brand of jazz features notable tinges of funk and brass band music but somehow the overall highly addictive, headbanging and foot stomping sound manages to achieve greater complexity and more intricacies than most. Case in point, their live version of “In the Tribe” we are honored to premiere today filmed at One Eyed Jacks in New Orleans. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
