The best thing to set your Monday morning off right should be NPR's stream of vocalist José James' Blue Note Records debut album, No Beginning, No End. The album, co-produced by Robert Glasper and the legendary bassist Pino Palladino who both also play on the album, drops next week, but NPR is streaming the album this week in anticipation. The album also features the talents of continuously rising star keyboardist Kris Bowers, the aforementioned inimitable Glasper, and vocalists Emily King & Hindi Zahra. We at Nextbop have had the chance to chew on this one for a little while and it's definitely worth lending your ear.

UPDATE: James and crew played Letterman last night (14 January), performing the single "Trouble", which just keeps getting better and better after every listen. Watch their performance below.
