It's been a long wait since Darcy James Argue's Secret Society put out their spectacular album in 2009, Infernal Machines. The time has finally come for the group's follow-up, a collaboration with Croatian-born visual artist Danijel Zezelj, Brooklyn Babylon, drops April 30th on New Amsterdam Records. Argue really stepped out of the box with these compositions, telling a narrative through long form composition. Check out a track from Brooklyn Babylon, "The Neighborhood", after the jump to whet your appetite before the April 30th release.

The band is slated to play this new material (minus the visual element) on in New York City at the BAMcafé for a free show on April 20th and in Washington, DC, at Atlas Arts on May 18th. You won't want to miss it.
