Sorry for the late posting. We've been busy with life. In any case, congrats to John Raymond for earning the top spot following the streaming of his debut album Strength & Song on Nextbop. And we're also working on a couple streams for next week so stay tuned for more music.

No surprise who this month's top 2 is given that their new albums were streaming on the website. Congrats to all as always.

Our usual suspects are once again atop the Nextbop charts. Congrats to all. But things should get shuffled up this month since we'll be streaming Ben Wendel's Frame and Johnathan Blake's The Eleventh Hour starting Feb. 20th as well as John Raymond's Strength & Song on the 28th.

First of all, happy new year from the whole Nextbop crew!!!!! In this spirit I thought it'd be fun to tally up what you guys and girls have been listening to the most in 2011. So without further ado, I present you the 2011 Nextbop rankings. A BIG congratulations to Gerald Clayton whose release, Bond: The Paris Sessions, not only earned him the number 4 spot on our Best Jazz Albums of 2011 but also the first ever title of Nextbop Artist of the Year!!! And to all the artists featured on this site, I'd like to thank you for making 2011 a better year through your music and we wish you lots of success for the years to come.

I've been in the hospital which is why I couldn't post these before today, but better late than never. Luckily for us Anthony has taken over posting duties at Nextbop so we were still able to put up content throughout the month. In any case, congrats to Dan Tepfer for his top spot in the rankings (and glad you've all listened to his newest album Goldberg Variations / Variations while it was streaming here).
